Fried Food - NOTHING FRIED ! You should boil, broil or bake and
for meat, never more well done than medium rare.
LIMIT OR STOP YOUR OILS for cooking !
If you need to use oil, use coconut oil
(cold pressed organic) LOW HEAT !
Flax seed oil and some other oils are ok, however, these must be stored in a dark bottle out of direct light,
In the fridge is best
If your oil is old, throw it away today !!!
